FAQ

We accept Cash, Check or Venmo upon delivery.

Yes, as long as you are in our Boundary (Layton - Point of the mountain, Bluffdale. We can deliver outside our boundary for a $25 travel fee.

While looking at bounce houses on our website, each bounce house has a suggested set up area needed.

We usually have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but as far as weather we typically play it by ear up until two hours before delivery. If the weather is still bad then we will cancel. We will not set up in high winds, rain or snow conditions, or if it has rained hard within the past two hours and the ground is really wet and muddy.

If it has a slide, you can use water on the slide only. We don't allow water inside the bounce house area. If you use water on the slide of the bounce house, we ask that you turn the water off and drain the pool area 1 hour before pick up to allow the bounce house time to dry out. If the bounce house is not dry or is muddy, there will be a $50 dollar cleaning fee!

No, If you choose to have a bounce house in an area without a power outlet then you will need to rent a generator from us. A generator rents out for $100 for eight hours. We also rent smaller generators for concession items for $50 for eight hours.

It depends on the age and weight of the kids. If they are under the age of 8 then you can have 5 to 6 kids in at one time. If older than 8 years of age, then 4 to 5 kids would be alright.

Yes we can. But before we do you will need to contact the park for any specific requirements such as no stakes because of sprinklers, or no electricity outlets. Most parks will also want information from us to make sure we are insured. Also at a park each inflatable requires at least one standard 110v outlet within 70 feet of each blower. Even though it is possible to run two blowers off a 20 amp circuit it is recommended to only have one at a park just in case it pops the breaker. You just need to be very careful at a park because if a breaker pops, we are not responsible, and it could take a park official hours to come and reset the breaker during your event.

No, unfortunately we do not allow customers to pick up and set up their own bounce house. It is a liability for us if the bounce house is not set up correctly.

Yes, we do! We can have one of our attendants manage a bounce house at your event for $25 dollars an hour per attendant!
